They should be promoted shortly - I just finished testing, and 
everything went fine,but SQE's testing tool isn't producing the proper 
test certification (that big thing that lists all the CRs and status) 
properly.  I'm waiting to get that fixed and have a cert in-hand before 
I promote baseline to master.
