Russian translations for OpenJDK-6

In general, a precondition to contributing to the OpenJDK project is 
agreeing to the contributor agreement:

    http://openjdk.java.net/contribute/

However, for this sort of change, I'd be hesitant to accept back the 
translations due to on going maintenance concerns.
