Request to backport CR7091528: javadoc attempts to parse .class files

Hi,

I would like to backport CR7091528[1] into OpenJDK6:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/tl/langtools/rev/dea82aa3ca4f

A very minor (comment) modification is needed to the patch since
JavadocTool.java in JDK6 has copyright date "2001, 2006" and the patch assumes
"2001, 2010". Otherwise applies cleanly.
