OpenJDK6 B24

Time for OpenJDK6 B24 (will be tagged with jdk6-b24).

I'm double checking that all the security fixes have been integrated, and creating a todo list for this promotion.
Lana Steuck will be helping out with this, if not doing most of the work, a thanks in advance for her help.

Let me know if there are any additional changes to consider for this OpenJDK6 release.
