[BACKPORT] Allow Linux 3.0+ to build OpenJDK6's HotSpot

Ok, the absence of this patch makes me wonder who's actually building OpenJDK6 as it is upstream... :-)
Without:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7u/jdk7u/hotspot/rev/ca1f1753c866
the HotSpot in OpenJDK6 will fail to build on any version of Linux from 3.0 up.

and the patch applies cleanly to 6's HotSpot.
