starting OpenJDK6 B27 promotion process

Hello,

Starting OpenJDK6 B27 promotion (will be tagged with jdk6-b27).

Let me know asap if there are any additional changes to consider for 
this OpenJDK6 release, otherwise I will proceed with the process.

Please defer all other changes until this is done.
