Kelly also suggested this (except with 99xxxxx, so we could, if we
really wanted to, fold these bugs into the OpenJDK JIRA when it becomes
public). The admins at java.net informed me that this is is not possible
for the JIRA instance at http://java.net/jira/browse/OPENJDK6 :(

That sounds perfectly good to me. I wonder if others have any concerns
about this?
