OpenJDK 6 B28 Available

The OpenJDK6 B28 source release is now available for download:

Please note that builds based on this do not pass the TCK. All the
failures were caused by limited crypto. Patches are available to address
this [1]. This is not a regression as far as I know.

A special thanks to Andrew Hughes for all his contributions (especially
with the hotspot 23 backport) and to Pavel Tisnovsky for testing.
