We need an active Windows maintainer for OpenJDK 6.  Unless someone
steps up to do this, Windows support will rot.

So, that is our problem.  If there to be OpenJDK 6 support on Windows
it is necessary for those who use it to come up with some kind of
proposal to keep it working.
