Webrevs for 2014-07-15 Security Update

Hi,

This is a request for the retroactive approval for the 2014-07-15
security patches. I accidentally pushed them before realizing that they
are not reviewed.

This matches what was included in icedtea6 1.13 for this security
release.

Please note that non-Linux platforms (which I do not test) may or may
not work. I applied the patches from upstream but have no way to verify
them. I am happy to accept any fixes for them and do a b33 release some
time soon.
