jdk7-b30: Hotspot

These changes have been rolled back because they were pushed during the
integration slot reserved for the Release Engineering team, in which
Xiomara was planning to push a set of copyright updates to about 1700
files, many of which are in HotSpot code.

Gatekeepers: Please stick to the integration schedule [1] unless you've
made prior arrangement with Release Engineering (i.e., Xiomara) for a
different time.
