New mailing list: jdk7-rt at openjdk.java.net

I've created a new list (sorry, mjw) for JDK 7 Release-Team traffic [1].

This is an open, possibly high-traffic list where the JDK 7 Release Team
will conduct its business.  Anyone is welcome to lurk or participate, but
no one other than the release team actually needs to subscribe to this
list.  Messages of general interest should and will continue to be posted
to the jdk7-dev list.
