Copyright notice referring a company other than Sun

That's very risky as there are files where its not the case.

I don't want to belabour this, but so far as I can tell from the
answers about "sharing" and "joint copyright ownership",
it means Sun is granted all the rights etc that you have.
Not just "some" of them.
