JDK 7 M3 status

As our first stabilization build approaches, M3 looks to be in pretty
good shape.  All of the targeted M3 features -- as well as a couple of
features originally targeted to M4 -- have been integrated except for
the last part of John Rose's JSR 292 (InvokeDynamic) work.  We're going
to slip build 58 by one day in order to get that in, so expect to see
it promoted this Friday (5/8) rather than Thursday (5/7).

Thanks to everyone who's worked so hard to finish up M3!
