JDK 7 M3 build 59 is the JavaOne Preview Release

Mark,

Is b60 going to be an extra "bonus" build for M4, or has the M4  
schedule just implicitly
been moved up a week?  More specifically, how does b60 impact the  
timing of the
stabilization phase for M4?
