JDK 7 M3 build 59 is the JavaOne Preview Release

I've updated the main JDK 7 Project page, and the overall calendar [1],
to reflect the current M4 status and the renumbering of builds 61-95
to 60-94.  I'm sure Xiomara will update the build page shortly.
