JDK 7 M3 build 59 is the JavaOne Preview Release

Yes, we are already planning on that.  Although, we had plan to add tags 
for the "bigger" milestones such as ea, beta, etc. and not the MX 
milestones.  We are trying not to have too many milestones, since there 
are only eight "MX" milestones that would be OK with me.  If there are 
no objections I can add the MX milestones.
