JDK 7 M5 extended to cover M6

Many of the features planned for JDK 7 were integrated prior to M5, and
so far the only features new to M5 are Elliptic-Curve Cryptography (ECC)
and the Swing JLayer component.

Rather than declare M5 complete today I'm instead going to extend it to
cover what was previously known as M6, with a final build on 2009/10/29.
We're also going to switch to an alternate-week promotion schedule for
the remainder of M5, with build 72 due on 9/17.

These changes will save a significant amount of testing effort and will
also make M5, ultimately, a more interesting milestone for developers to
play with.

I'll update the milestone schedule, feature list, and build calendar
pages shortly.
