Deploying Java Apps with JRE in JDK1.7 (Jigsaw)

Hi,

There has been rumors that the modularization capability of Jigsaw would make it possible to deploy Java desktop apps with a very thin runtime environment and a very limit set of libraries.

What is true in this? Is this possible in the current JDK1.7? If so what exactly do I need to do to create such a standalone application?
