Jigsaw hasn't been merged yet into JDK 7 so you'll need to either grab
the Debian packages published on the Jigsaw project page, or build your 
own build from the jigsaw/jigsaw Mercurial forest for your experiments.

In either case, please join the jigsaw-dev mailing list, and ask questions
about it there, and the developers working on it may be able to help you. ;)
