JDK 7 M6 complete; no promotion this week

Last week's build 84 was the last build of Milestone 6.  There were
no big new features in this milestone.  The change summary is at the
usual location [1].

There have been no changes in the master forest since last week, so
build 85 will instead be promoted next week.  I'll update the build
calendar shortly.
