Changes to copyright notices in JDK 7

As mentioned in Mark's email (http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/jdk7-dev/2010-May/001558.html 
) this is the
first set of copyright changes for the openjdk7 sources.
Webrevs are somewhat impractical with this kind of change so I've  
provided a couple of 'hg diff' results:

Assuming no obvious errors are detected in the next 2 or 3 days, I'll  
be pushing these changes into the jdk7/build
forest repositories.
