jdk7-b118: Hotspot [RESEND]

I need to make a restatement of my previous notice. Please disregard the 
old notification, and use only this one instead.

A respin of Build 02 of Hotspot 20 has been pushed to the master RE 
repositories, for JDK 7 Build 118.   Note that the build number has not 
changed.

JDK repository, specifically:

6964498: JSR 292 invokedynamic sites need local bootstrap methods
6980096: JSR 292 reflective lookup should throw checked exceptions
6953246: JSR 292 should support SAM conversion
6982752: dynamic languages need to decorate types with runtime information
