Aha, now I see why we were having this confusion. I has already seen
openscg and assumed we were all talking about making it easier for the
community to provide such binaries based on the GPLed code. Denis is
actually doing a lot of work of creating such builds and offering such
binaries for various platforms. And he integrates them with other free
software projects. So they can be shared freely. Take a look at:
