JDK 7 is Feature-Complete

Thanks Andrew. That explains why :)  The jaxp bugs on OpenJDK Bugzilla 
were actually passed onto me by Alan, by the way.

So it seems to me, JAXP Jira is a better option since I would be noticed 
when new issues are created. I can then add Oracle Bug ID as you mentioned.
