Changelog doesn't exist (again!)

I've written about this in the forum, but no one seems to care:

> It happens again, and again. The changelog of a recent JDK build is often either "Not Found", or a blank website.

Could someone forward this to the right place, please?

Additional information:
I'm located in Germany. It seems that other people CAN access the changelogs from ELSEWHERE
(not only in this, but in other cases). So, it might be a mirror problem.
