Short answer: No, not yet.

Longer answer: We don't yet have a date for when a supported version of
JDK 7 on Mac OS/X will be available.  When it is available it won't be an
official JCP-sanctioned Reference Implementation of Java SE 7, but then
neither will any other product that implements the SE 7 specification,
from Oracle or anyone else, be considered an RI.
