jdk7-b144: Hotspot

Build 14 of Hotspot 21 has been integrated to the main OpenJDK 
repositories, for JDK 7 Build 144.

In addition to the Hotspot fixes, there are several JDK fixes related to 
JSR 292:

7032850: MethodHandle.invokeGeneric throws unspecified RuntimeException 
if parameterized method is called
7044892: JSR 292: API entry points sometimes throw the wrong exceptions 
or doesn't throw the expected one



While there is a major issue, this is a test failure and not a build 
one; the problem has been isolated and will be fixed in a future build.
