Heads up -- jdk 7 copyright year update

I kind of doubt this creates a major issue in merging, but I could be wrong.
Files your team has not changed (e.g. non-hotspot files) won't be involved
at all, and even the ones where there is a conflict should automatically
resolve, by hgmerge or by filemerge, depending on the merge tool you are using.

I guess, what I'm saying is that if this kind of change does create a major
effort on your part, I'd like to understand why so we can address it.
