jdk 7 build b53 bugs

Hi,

For build 53 I will be using a new format for the Summary of Changes.  
The new format will be created from the mercurial repositories. 

Since this is the first report using the new format, I went through the 
bugs and found some the bugs below need to be properly marked (in 
bugster) as integrated into JDK 7.
