Integration changes for jdk7

Gatekeepers,

To avoid build failures the Release Team has agreed that for any code 
changes that require Release Engineering build system modifications 
(e.g.: software upgrades or other dependencies), the integration of that 
code should be done at least two days prior to the build for the 
promotion (normally this would be a Tuesday).

This means that when any developer knows of an upcoming change they 
should let their integrator and Release Engineering know so that I can 
schedule an integration slot that is two days in advance of the 
promotion build.

This will ensure that the RE builds can build through the changes prior 
to the last build for the promotion.
