TL would like to push to JDK7 master this afternoon (Tuesday 18 Aug)

During the update to JAX-WS 2.1.6 (Bug-ID 6803688), two files
were added to the jaxws workspace that do not belong there:

  jaxws.patch
  patch.out

I will fix it under bug-ID 6873200 (not visible outside Sun
yet), and as soon as I get review I plan to push a changeset
to remove the two files.

I feel this is low risk for any other integrators planning to push
during this slot, but please let me know if that is not correct.
