FYI: auto-push enabled on jdk7-gate

As of today's promotion, changegroups pushed into the jdk7-gate forest
are automagically pushed to the master jdk7 forest.  There should no
longer be (much of) a delay between the time a gatekeeper pushes to a
jdk7-gate repository and the time that the changegroup appears in the
corresponding jdk7 repository.

It's taken a little bit of fiddling to get this all working.  If you
encounter any difficulties, please let me and Xiomara know.
