M3 stabilization requests for 2009/5/4

  6658163  tim.bell  txw2.DatatypeWriter.BUILDIN is a mutable static (findbugs)

  6658158  tim.bell  Mutable statics in SAAJ (findbugs)

  6588002  tim.bell  XSLTProcessorApplet still allows reading from forbidden URLs

These are all forward ports of fixes already applied to 6uX update
releases, and already published in OpenJDK 6.

I'll approve all of these at 4:00pm PDT unless I hear objections.

There is also:

  6829189  john.rose  Java programming with JSR 292 needs language support

which I'll approve right now since we've previously discussed it.
