M3 stabilization requests for 2009/5/7 (b58) [part 2]

These just came in, and Xiomara would like to get them into b58.

  6829575  kelly.ohair  100028: Debug information is incomplete or
                        missing

  6832141  kelly.ohair  Bug 100045 - Fix for 100028 breaks debug info for
                        class files

  6837665  kelly.ohair  Deal with windows ant problem where commas in -D
                        options do not work

These are all worthwhile fixes, but I'm a bit nervous about changing
makefiles so late in the game.  The second two bugs above are fixes to
the first -- which is no criticism of either Andrew or Kelly, it's just
a consequence of the complexity of our build system and the size of the
supported-platform matrix.  If there are more problems lurking then we
only have one more build in which to find and fix them.

So at the moment I'm leaning against these.  Comments?
