I am afraid not, this is a key/value pair in the resource file. We need 
some build scripts
to do the replacement (maybe), and importantly we need a comprehensive 
branding plan
and methodology to do this, which is well beyond the scope of this 
issue, perhaps a
discussion/proposal on build-dev would be a good starting point.
