Request for approval for 7062745 to be fixed in jdk7u-dev/langtools

I would like to request to backport the following bug from the JDK 8 repo:

7062745: Regression: difference in overload resolution when two methods are maximally specific [1]

The patch is the same as that in jdk 8 [2]. All regression tests and JCK tests pass.
