Request for approval for 7046778 to be fixed in jdk7u-dev/langtools

Hi
I would like to request to backport the following bug from the JDK 8 repo:

7046778:Project Coin: problem with diamond and member inner classes  [1]

The patch is the same as that in jdk 8 [2]. All regression tests and JCK tests pass.
