Request for approval for 7057297 to be fixed in jdk7u-dev/langtools

I would like to request to backport the following bug from the JDK 8 repo:

7057297: Project Coin: diamond erroneously accepts in array initializer expressions

The patch is the same as that in jdk 8 [2]. All regression tests and JCK tests pass.
