Hi,

Could you please approve the fix of CR 7019963 (The goto parent 
directory button doesn't operate in JFileChooser) for 7u2? Bug

Some time ago the fix was prepared, approved and pushed in jdk8:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/swing/jdk/rev/afb5895da744

For 7u2 the fix is the same and doesn't contains any modifications.
