Changes to build schedule for JDK 7u2

Hi all,

I just wanted to announce that we are increasing the build frequency of 
the master forest. Instead of building bi-weekly release engineering 
will start building every Wednesday. The builds will be published on 
java.net under the early access pages. Building more frequently will 
give the integrators more flexibility, make it easier to find slots for 
large bulk changes and reduce the number of fixes per build.
