  This is to request approval to backport the fix for 7068328 to 
jdk7u-dev/jdk:

     7068328: BufferPoolMXBean and PlatformLoggingMXBean getObjectName 
may return null

The patch for jdk7u is the same as that in jdk8.  Build and regression
