Could you please approve the fix for

/7066490: @since 1.7 tag is missing for java.util.regex.Matcher.group(java.lang.String)

This is a simple doc update (to add the missing @since1.7 tag).
The same fix has been pushed in JDK8 already.

The fix was mistakenly pushed into the 7u2 repository yesterday without
going through this "request for approval" process. My apology for the
mishandling.
