Yeah. I prefer short and focused discussions with quick decisions, so I'm sending out the
drafts in small, bite sized pieces, in hope that we can get through each one them very quickly.
The proof will be in the practice. So I'd like to get quick, rough understanding on how this
OpenJDK project should work, and then address issues as they show up in practice by using
Ground Rule 0 to change processes accordingly.
