Not yet. We need to have the public repository structure and public code review process in place, which, 
since the feedback period runs until Sunday, can't happen before that. We'll also need to create and 
populate the jdk7u-dev integration repository, that is proposed in the draft repository management post 
- that's where approved fixes will go into for mainline.

Thanks for pointing that out, please ask relevant parties to join this alias if they haven't done so.
The drafts and their discussion are available in this list's archives. There will be more drafts
next week (CCC, and a few more things I have on my todo list) with a similar feedback period.
