7u2 - Request for approval for bulk integration of hs22-b09

This is only nominally a bulk integration request as there are only
two fixes, one of which is a simple build number increment:

7100757: The BitSet.nextSetBit() produces incorrect result in 32bit VM
	 on Sparc
7108550: Bump the hs22 build number to 09

The fix for 7100757 in 7u2 is identical to the fix that was integrated
into jdk8-b11; it underwent PIT testing prior to integration in jdk8.

Builds of jdk7u2 on all supported platforms are in progress.  If
