[7u2] request for approval for bulk integration - hs22-b10

Reqesting approval to integrate hs22-b10 into jdk7u2.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  Identical fixes
(except for the build number change) have been pushed to jdk8-based
forests and have undergone nightly testing.
