The changeset has been rolled back.  If you have a copy of the
jdk7u/jdk7u-dev/jaxp repo, check to see if you pulled this changeset.
If so, then you have to

(a) save any work in progress as a patch
(b) delete your copy of the jaxp repo
(c) make a fresh clone
(d) apply the saved patch from (a)
