Rationale for phase 2:
Windows' WM_DESTROY that is not handled by AWT properly. Crash could be 
caught very easy. Moreover there are many feedbacks about this issue 
from Pogo.com users.
Changes involves only the AWT part (both Java and native) and only the 
case where Windows' WM_DESTROY is handled.
