Request for approval for CR 7105275 - wrong tag added to jdk7u master repos

The bug has not yet made its way to the public web site, but will

Description:  The tag jdk7u2-b10 was incorrectly added to the
jdk7u/jdk7u repos, which are currently targeting jdk7u4.  This change
simply backs out the tag.

This change is not in any other repository, because the incorrect tags
exist only in the jdk7u master repos.  It has been reviewed by Abhijit
Saha.
